We are looking for a Mid-Level/Senior Software Developer to contribute to the development of a large-scale project for a fast-growing startup insurance platform that connects insurance companies, brokers, and users. The client's mission: all insurance services in one place. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system that improves insurance processes and enhances the user experience.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
- Analyze, understand, and refine project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and help improve development processes.
- Ensure best coding practices are followed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- At least 3+ year of experience with React and Typescript.
- At least 4 years of overall programming experience.
- Experience with Redux and Node.js is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
