Senior Backend Developer (.Net/.Net Core)

Position: Senior Backend Developer

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Type: Hybrid (2-3 days per week the client´s office)

Languages: Fluent in English + fluent in Dutch or French

Technical and Soft Skills:

We are seeking a talented and experienced backend developer with expertise in .Net/.net core.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend services that power our client´s applications. You should have a strong understanding of backend technologies, database management, and experience in API development. A background in NUnit, NCrunch, and Rider is highly appreciated, as we emphasize writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years experience with .NET and .NET Core development
• Experience with databases: Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience withDocker, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Hasura (GraphQL API) and experience developing APIs.
• Experience with NCrunch for continuous testing and Rider IDE for development.
• Experience with encryption techniques and protocols like POP/IMAP.
• Experience with Kubernetes & Cloud Platform like Azure , AWS or GCP
• Previous experience in public administration (is a plus).
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
• Candidates must be in European Union and have EU Passport / nationality
