About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Recruiter/Administrator to support our recruitment consultants in an operations-focused role. This position does not involve business development but requires strong administrative and sourcing skills to assist in candidate management and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Adding and tracking leads from job sites.
• Reference Checking: Conducting extensive reference checks on candidates.
• CV Formatting & Uploading: Formatting CVs and uploading them to Fieldglass and other client portals.
• Candidate Sourcing: Conducting LinkedIn searches for technical positions and identifying potential candidates.
• Portal & Database Management: Managing recruitment portals and ensuring accurate candidate records.
• Candidate Engagement: Calling candidates to discuss roles, confirm details, and cover them for open positions.
• Recruitment Support: Assisting consultants with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements:

• Experience with Fieldglass or similar recruitment portals (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English - Business Professional level - B2 and above
• Extensive reference-taking experience in a recruitment setting.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn searches for IT and technical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage candidate data efficiently.
• Must be able to work in the Irish time zone (GMT).
• Previous experience in a recruitment support/administration role is desirable.

Contract Details:

• 1-year contract (Hourly Paid).
• Fully remote but must align with Irish working hours.
