Job Opportunity: Project and Portfolio Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project and Portfolio Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery on our Internal Cloud Platform. This role requires strong leadership, financial governance, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the successful execution of transformational programs.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 2 times per week)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end technical project delivery on the Internal Cloud Platform.
• Manage budgets, deliverables, and ensure projects remain on track while proactively addressing risks and blockers.
• Drive governance and continuous portfolio optimization to maximize impact and benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align portfolio planning and transformation opportunities.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to executives on program progress.
• Manage communication with senior stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing or leading transformational programs.
• Strong background in financial portfolio management (budgeting, forecasting, business case development).
• Experience in infrastructure delivery projects.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware is an advantage).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate across cultures and manage globally dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
