Senior .NET Developer

NXT GIG is on the lookout for a Senior .NET Developer to join our experienced development team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project stakeholders, guiding the technical direction of projects while mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices within the team. Responsibilities

Architect and develop complex software applications using the .NET framework, ensuring scalability and performance
Lead project teams in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support
Mentor and guide junior developers in coding best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to create user-friendly applications that meet business needs
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality across projects
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the team's capabilities
Provide technical documentation and training to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, with proven experience in a senior technical role
Extensive knowledge of the .NET framework and technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as Angular or React
Experience with database management systems, particularly SQL Server and Entity Framework
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with an ability to influence technical direction
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
