Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Developer | Industry Leader | $130,000 + Super

Pearson Carter are working with a global leader within AI who are based in Adelaide.

They are looking for a Senior Delphi Developer as they look to expand!

You will work closely with the Lead Dev in a small team, which is looking to grow substantially over the next few years.

Requirements:

- Expertise in Delphi.

- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOA, microservices, and databases (MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

- Proven ability to solve complex problems, optimise performance, and lead projects.

- Experience mentoring junior developers and building strong business/IT relationships.

- Familiarity with IaaS, Azure/AWS, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Knowledge of Java, .Net or C++.

Salary:

$120,000 - $130,000 + Super.
