Your Role

• Lead a dynamic team of software developers in the creation and maintenance of top-tier software solutions.
• Apply your advanced technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the sustainability, security, and performance of existing codebases, while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Make strategic design decisions to modernize architecture and maintain the security and performance of legacy encryption solutions.
• Set delivery goals, communicate progress effectively, and take full ownership of the results.

Your Background

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience as a Software Developer with expertise in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and software architecture.
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding both junior and senior team members.
• A problem-solving mindset, effective communication skills, a collaborative approach, adaptability to new technologies, and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
