Hope you are doing well,

I am working with a global consulting company in the UAE who have an urgent requirement for one of their customers in the Telcoms industry in Oman. This role is an initial 6-week project with the view to extend into a long-term role.

For the first 2 weeks of the contract, you will be expected to be onsite in Oman. Once the 2 weeks has finished, then you can work remotely.

Hotel accommodation COULD be paid for / expensed, I am waiting for confirmation.

Job Title – Technical / Solution Architect

Contract Length – 1.5 Months / 6 Weeks

Location – Oman 2 Weeks & Remote 2 Weeks

Start Date – 7th April

I am working with a digital business transformation company. They are a Global Consulting Firm, and they are working with a client based in Oman who are a large telecoms company. This client is looking for a Technical / Solution Architect.

As part of the engagement with the end client, they have created a modern SuperApp. However, they found that there is a limitation of SuperApp to scale. In the direction of achieving scalability and stability, the end client and my client have partnered in the engagement. There are 10 initiatives under this program. Hence, as part of technical modernization, they are modernizing the complete API layer, applying caching layers, creating decoupling, creating a fully integrated environment, and replacing legacy systems with modern systems and architecture.

Skills Needed

• Deep experience in Java Spring Boot (Java 17 preferred).
• Familiarity with Redis and GraphQL (training will be provided).
• Strong background in SOAP web services.
• Leadership skills to manage a diverse development team
