The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders from Business, Legal, Tax, and Technology within Capital Markets, along with external counsel and vendors, to oversee and coordinate various workstreams and activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of large-scale and complex projects or initiatives, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute an operational plan, continuously monitoring progress and performance.
  • Identify and address issues proactively, escalating when necessary to prevent delays or quality concerns.
  • Facilitate coordination between in-house counsel, external counsel, business, and technology teams for data identification, collection, preservation, and production.
  • Partner with Senior Record Officers to maintain and update custodian lists, relevant data files, and links.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Security and external vendors to secure and preserve both electronic and physical files.
  • Engage senior stakeholders from Technology, Operations, and Finance to understand system data flows and ensure proper data preservation.
  • Organize and manage meetings, discussions, and interviews, capturing key takeaways and following up on action items.
  • Provide weekly working group updates, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Deliver regular reports and updates to Senior Management.
  • Oversee project budgeting and administrative tasks, including maintaining SharePoint, creating presentations, and managing audit-related documentation.


Must Have Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven ability to develop business cases, roadmaps, and presentation materials.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in dealing with external stakeholders, especially external counsel.
  • Strong ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior executives with confidence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with enterprise project management software.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with process and system transformations in large financial institutions.
  • Previous experience in Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets operations, products, and the trade lifecycle.
  • Legal operations or litigations experience
