Scrum Master with Product owner experience and baseline security clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership & Agile Delivery – Lead the delivery of EPICs across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile best practices.
• Agile Coaching & Capability Uplift – Educate teams on Agile methodologies, provide coaching, training, and leadership to embed Agile ways of working, and implement tailored Agile operating models.
• Backlog & DevOps Management – Develop and manage a structured delivery backlog with top-down planning, effort estimation, and task tracking, integrating Agile processes with DevOps pipelines for seamless execution.
• Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement – Plan, forecast, and manage multiple releases, collaborate with government agencies and industry stakeholders, and negotiate deliverables to drive successful outcomes.
• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement – Identify and mitigate risks, implement change strategies, resolve complex issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Agile program delivery, coaching, and transformation.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps integration.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with government agencies and regulated industries is desirable.
• Agile certifications like Scrum Master/SAFe Certified Scrum Master/CSM/PSM required
• Australian Citizen with baseline security clearance
• Flexible work location either sydney or Canberra
