A global tech leader is hiring a Head of AI to drive innovation at the cutting edge of speech and audio generation. You’ll lead multiple engineering and research teams building production-scale AI solutions using LLMs and neural voice technology.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll own the technical roadmap, manage complex cloud-based architectures, and build high-performing teams delivering delightful, human-like voice experiences used by millions globally.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading AI model integration, optimization, and SW lifecycle
• Scaling and maintaining large cloud-based services
• Defining technical direction and guiding architectural decisions
• Hiring and mentoring world-class talent

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in software engineering and leadership
• Proven delivery of large-scale cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Bonus: Experience with Transformer architectures, TTS, or NLP
