JOB PURPOSE
Manage and maintain the organization's HC Information Systems and implementation of projects related to enhancement of all HC Systems. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HC data. Troubleshoot and resolve HCIS issues and errors. Provide technical support and training to HCIS users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
HC Applications Software Maintenance
- Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward HC systems software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
- Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, feedback from cross-functional partners, and HC Systems functionality enhancement.
HCIS Emerging Technology Management
- Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies
- within HCIS domain.
- Conduct research, collaboration with stakeholders, managing pilot projects, and
- ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations
HC People Data Management
- Carry out complex HC data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
- Deliver analyses of HC data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of HC insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
TASKS
- Overseeing the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HCIS systems and emerging HC technologies. This involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met, data is accurate, and processes are streamlined.
- Managing HC data integrity within the system, conducting regular audits, and implementing quality control processes. Analyzing and interpreting data from HCIS to generate reports, metrics, and insights that aid decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.
- Providing technical support to HCIS users, troubleshooting system issues, and offering guidance on system functionalities. Developing and delivering training programs in collaboration with Learning and Development Team to ensure users understand how to effectively utilize the HCIS, maximize its capabilities, and adhere to best practices.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HCIS administration, people data analytics and reporting, HCIS project management, change management
- Previous experience working with HCIS systems, and databases.
- Proficiency in complex people data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications from HCIS software providers such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is preferred.
