Operations: Oversee and optimize HR processes related to employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to maintain accurate employee data and reporting. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth HR operations.
Exit Process: Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting exit interviews, and processing final settlements.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all employee documentation is up to date and compliant with local regulations throughout their lifecycle.
Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Benefits Administration: Manage and communicate employee benefits programs (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retirement plans), ensuring all employees understand their options and entitlements.
Compliance: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and benefit regulations to ensure full compliance with local and national laws.
HRIS: Maintain HR data integrity in the HRIS and ensure it is up to date across all systems (employee records, attendance, payroll, etc.).
Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics, including turnover rates, absenteeism, payroll costs, and employee engagement, and share insights with senior leadership.
Experience - 10-12 years of min exp.
MBA is must have.
Darwin box exp is a plus.
