Your ‘day To Day’

  • Develop information analysis (domestic and regional) to share key insights with Field Sales Force, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, and Marketing in terms of mix, volume, share, and distribution evolution and opportunities by brand and/or SKUs. Track operational KPIs (PPOSM, coverage, Retail engagement).
  • Analyze and suggest the best criteria to set objectives for trade actions for Points of Sales and Distributors, both offline and online. Follow up on these actions to analyze performance and uncover insights.
  • Analyze volume trends and make projections for the upcoming months for Sales to Distributors and Retail.
  • Lead and develop monthly presentations for the management team, where root causes are deeply analyzed, and opportunities are shared with senior commercial teams.
  • Be involved in the process of defining variable margin objectives and tracking their performance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • University advanced student or graduate in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Previous experience in commercial areas for FMCG companies (minimum 2 years).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Data Science tools and PowerBI is an asset.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
