Senior HR Generalist - Permanent - Kildare or Galway

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add a Senior HR Generalist to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation as the successful candidate will be pivotal in the growth and strategic development of the organisation.

The role:

In this role you will be responsible for HR Operations across multiple sites. You will support the wider SLT in driving forward their strategic agenda while providing effective people solutions.

The main responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Lead onboarding and support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Act as the main HR contact for employee queries and provide policy guidance.
• Support managers in policy implementation and resolve employee relations issues.
• Work with site management to identify training needs and career progression opportunities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports on key metrics.

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience within a similar role.
• 3rd level qualification in HRM - or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of Irish employment law and employee relations.
• Experience advising management teams.
