What are we expecting from you?

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the implementation of the product strategy and the fulfillment of the strategic objectives, while promoting the category and creating the conditions for markets to develop business. To that extent, you will:

• Define the strategic plan based on market insights and ensure its execution
• Oversee 360 launch preparation, collaborating with markets and cross-functional teams
• Pilot high-end stock allocation and circulation across countries while managing special orders
• Lead, animate, and drive projects that enhance the performance and visibility of the watches category
• Define product training plans, create relevant training materials, and conduct training sessions for sales teams
• Conduct monthly and yearly sales analysis, share key learnings, and propose action plans while monitoring sales forecasts for collections and novelties
