We are seeking a skilled Payment Architect with expertise in Integration & IVR to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms while enhancing customer interaction through IVR technologies. This is an onsite, long-term opportunity with a leading financial services provider.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement payment architecture with a focus on integration and IVR solutions.

Define and manage end-to-end payment workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.

Lead the integration of payment gateways, APIs, and third-party financial services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Provide technical expertise in implementing IVR-based payment solutions

Optimize payment processing performance and troubleshoot system issues

Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 20022, and other regulatory standards.

Conduct system audits, security reviews, and performance tuning for payment platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in payment architecture, system integration, and IVR-based solutions.

Strong knowledge of payment systems, digital wallets, and transaction processing.

Hands-on experience with API integration, microservices, and cloud-based payment solutions.

Proficiency in IVR platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Asterisk) and voice payment solutions.

Experience in real-time payment processing, tokenization, and fraud prevention mechanisms.

Solid understanding of banking, fintech, and financial transaction protocols.

Familiarity with security standards, encryption protocols, and compliance frameworks.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking, fintech, or payment service providers.

Certifications such as CISP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or TOGAF will be a plus.

Knowledge of blockchain and emerging payment technologies.
