About the Job:

The professional will join the PMO (Project Management Office) assisting with initiatives, creating metrics, standards and management models. As a project manager, they will deal with different projects, such as software development, cloud and integrations, leading and controlling the team. It is important that the professional has knowledge of project management methodologies and standards, such as risk management, time management, trends and variations.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within our organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Work with Product Operations, Software Development and Quality Engineering teams to resolve any business or technical impediments affecting project delivery Help teams develop and drive a plan with well-defined milestones Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users and other internal groups to coordinate project activities.

Must have skills:

• Proven experience in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Communication, leadership, proactive attitude, project management knowledge and agile practices.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience in managing project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• PMP Certification, PSM certification
