We are looking for 1 intern to join our HR Talent Management Team. During your internship with us, you will be able to develop data analytics skillsets for the purpose of Leadership and Talent Management.

In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience through these key areas of responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage data for analysis.
• Create user-friendly dashboards to present insights.
• Analyze workforce data related to hiring, promotion, and attrition.
• Identify trends and patterns.
• Share insights and recommendations with the HR management team.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
