Nexeo is currently looking for an HR Business Partner for one of the leading banks in Belgium.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.

As an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advising and coaching managers on HR policies, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
• Developing training and career development programs.
• Ensuring compliance with Belgian labor laws and company policies.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
• Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize HR processes.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the banking sector.
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
