Job Description

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize weak points in user flows, improving conversion rates through data-driven experimentation.
• Analyze web analytics, user segments, and behavioral data to generate insights and formulate test hypotheses.
• Translate testing results into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, analytics, QA) to implement and validate experiments.
• Ensure best practices in CRO processes to enhance workflow efficiency, scalability, and test reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency with GrowthBook, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other behavior analytics & experimentation tools.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, capable of presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, able to communicate effectively with upper management.
• Experience optimizing high-traffic B2C websites is a plus.
• Familiarity with BigQuery is a plus.
