We are a high-frequency trading (HFT) startup founded by former banking professionals with a combined 50+ years of experience in trading and exchange infrastructure.

• Proprietary trading – we trade only our own capital (no clients or external investors).
• Global markets: Cash equities, FX, commodities, derivatives (futures & options).
• Market Making: Long-short neutral strategies, top market maker on several global exchanges.

🔹 Rust/C++ developer with experience in algorithmic trading (1+ years of commercial experience).

🔹 Required:

• Degree in computer science, math, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with trading desks (HFT, algo trading, low-latency systems).
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Python knowledge.
• Participation/wins in programming/math Olympiads.
• Fluent Russian (preferred), English (B1+).
