Project Manager, Ops Readiness - Dublin, Ireland -12 Months Contract

One of our Global Biotech clients are currently heavily investing in their site expansion and existing facility revamp.

In preparation for all this work, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to work as part of Ops readiness team and support with planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Looking at scheduling from a Project Manager's point of view i.e. hiring ramps, breaking these down to create resource plans etc
  • Support establishment of Operational Readiness strategy and Planning all Operational Readiness activities
  • Active management of cross functional implementation dependencies and identifying and escalating risks to the project leadership
  • Lead required internal and external stakeholder engagement, facilitating discussions and driving towards outcomes

Key experience:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • GMP Capital project experience
  • Project Schedule and resource management experience
  • Extensive understanding of Manufacturing, Operations and Operational Readiness
  • Great organisational and planning skills
  • Presentation skills
