Morpheus Talent is excited to partner with a company seeking a dynamic Designer to join their innovative team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for cutting-edge solutions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and build interfaces for products that are transforming a vital industry. Ideally, I am looking for a Product Designer who is more technically bias on the front-end development side.

Please note: This is a permanent hybrid role working minimum 3 days in the office, no option for a freelance / contractor contract. Only apply if this meets your personal expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement reusable UI components for web applications, leveraging the latest technologies.
• Conduct user research, develop user personas, and create accessible interfaces that exceed user expectations.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in a highly collaborative environment to align designs with ambitious business goals.
• Develop interactive prototypes and conduct rigorous usability testing to iterate rapidly and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution of a world-class design system and maintain thorough documentation of workflows to empower the team.
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, market trends, and evolving business needs, staying ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in designing and developing user interfaces for complex applications.
• Proficiency in industry-leading design tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a passion for working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
• You'll ideally come from a start up environment and be used to working with
• Minimum 4/5 years designing and front-end development of interfaces using React and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a desire to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• A user-obsessed mindset and a relentless passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs that delight users.
