Role Purpose: The Project Manager in Technology Solutions is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role leads complex projects, collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, and ensures that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into technical specifications. The Project Manager will lead process improvement and automation projects in the Order Management space for a specific customer and drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence and build capability in the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years of previous work experience in Data Management and Reporting, with Project Management experience as an advantage.
• Professional qualifications in order management, supply chain, logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction in service delivery and support operations through continuous improvements, automation, analytics, and robotics
• Start to finish accountability for projects managed on the POR
• Track and communicate project results to all entire project community and stakeholders
• Process reengineer critical business processes to achieve maximum benefits
• Identify process gaps/inefficiencies and recommend/drive projects to deploy value add solutions in concert with stakeholder sponsorship
• Identify and implement best practices for day-to-day operations.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage changes, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
