Mobile Solutions Lead

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Mobile Solutions Lead to join a high-performing digital team, responsible for driving the design and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications and solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines mobile architecture, mobile development, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes.

Contract Summary

• Rate: $900 – $1,200 per day (Depending on experience)
• Type: Contract
• Duration: 6-12 months
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Location: Melbourne OR Hobart

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
• Architect end-to-end mobile solutions, integrating with enterprise systems and APIs
• Working with .NET MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) cross-platform framework for building native mobile and desktop apps using C# and XAML.
• Develop robust and maintainable code in .NET, ensuring performance and security standards are met
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to deliver integrated business solutions
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into technical designs
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and interface designers
• Ensure alignment of mobile solutions with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and DevOps practices

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Mobile Solutions Lead or Senior Mobile Developer in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on development skills with .NET, C#, and REST APIs
• Expertise in mobile frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, or Flutter
• Solid understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to architect and lead delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems and legacy platforms
• Exposure to Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices is highly desirable
