Senior Product Manager – Personal Finance

Job Responsibility:

• Support Product Head for Product P&L Management Key financial elements include Sales, Funded & Fee Income, Attrition, Provision, costs, funded margins and overall product profitability
• Support Product Head for Customer segmentation and selection, acquisition strategies development, market positioning, sales channel
• planning, customer experience and credit policies and performance
• Engage with statutory teams like compliance, Shariah and Legal team for overall compliance
• Thrive towards continuous product improvement through identification and sizing of opportunities across segments and markets
• Represent and Lead key at key business transformation projects as product owner
• Coordinate product launches and communication strategies.
• Identify gaps in the existing policies & processes and drive the digitization / process enhancements initiatives to drive business
• Create channel strategies and acquisition plan. Build alternate, cost-effective sales channels
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customers, competition and market trends and adopt measures
• accordingly, to maximize profit or minimize any perceived risk
• Serve as product owner in agile development teams where applicable.
• Develop and Deploy customer retention strategy. Oversee, monitor the customer retention program to maximize MOB with the bank.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing activities
• Manage sales incentive structures for various channels to optimize product financial KPIs.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ Years in retail banking with solid prior product & proposition management experience. Prior experience in Islamic banking is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher with preferably the expertise in coding SAS, Python, and advanced EXCEL.
