We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in onboarding and delivering our AI-powered solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, project delivery, and technology — with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Your Role

As Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead the customer onboarding and delivery process, ensuring successful integration and adoption of Vionlabs’ products. You’ll act as the main bridge between our customers and internal teams, managing technical implementations, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

This role requires a mix of project management, technical understanding, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Vionlabs’ products for new and existing customers.

• Lead onboarding projects and coordinate technical integrations with customer teams.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer communication during onboarding and integration phases.

• Guide customers through technical integrations using RESTful APIs and modern SaaS practices.

• Document solution designs, data flows, and integration processes.

• Support internal and customer teams during implementation and troubleshooting.

• Provide customer training and ensure knowledge transfer for ongoing product usage.

• Analyze customer adoption and usage data to identify areas for optimization and increased value.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their long-term success with Vionlabs’ solutions.

Your Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Solution Architect role.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects in parallel.

• Hands-on experience with API integrations and technical onboarding processes.

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Solid understanding of SaaS environments and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS).

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer challenges.

• Experience working with distributed systems and data-rich environments.

Nice to Have

• Background in media, video, or streaming platforms.

• Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD practices.

• Basic scripting skills in Python or similar languages for workflow automation.
