What You’ll Do

• 🌎 Source amazing talent across LATAM.
• 🔍 Interview and match candidates to our clients’ needs.
• 🤝 Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• 🎯 Ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
  
  

What We’re Expecting From You

• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Comfortable working remotely using Slack.
• Experience working with recruiting agencies.
  
  

What You Need To Know

• This role is 100% commission-based, so we’re looking for someone open to working at risk.
• We offer our own ATS to help you build your database, plus you can use any other tools you bring to the table.
