What You Will Do

• Be responsible for pre-production work: Analyzing competitors, participating in the scriptwriting process, discussing and deciding the visual storytelling details with other departments (art, cameramen, image, editing, etc.);
• Be responsible for production work: Working with actors and other team members on set to execute your creative vision on set;
• Be responsible for post-production work: Working with a video editor to make sure the creative vision is executed the way you envisioned it, being proud of the final product, and watching the channel grow;

• Strong knowledge of all production and post-production processes, formats, and techniques;
• Experience in directing videos and YouTube content;
• Experience working on set with a team and actors;
• Dedicated and committed team player;
• Up-to-date and knowledgeable about social trends on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Total compensation: up to 4100 Eur/gross

It consists of 2100-2800 EUR/gross fix + bonus up to 1300 EUR/gross
