Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
• Experience using Agile tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Familiarity with metrics and reporting (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, etc.)
• Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams
• Experience in facilitating conflict resolution and team decision-making
• Good understanding of product development workflows and Agile planning techniques

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
• Background in software engineering or product management

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant-leader to one or more Agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring smooth delivery
• Coach team members on Agile best practices, Scrum principles, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs
• Monitor and improve team performance, velocity, and Agile maturity
• Shield the team from external distractions and foster a focused, productive environment
• Identify and resolve conflicts, promote collaboration, and build a strong team culture
• Track sprint progress and report relevant metrics to stakeholders in a transparent manner
• Support cross-team coordination and collaboration across the organization
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams on goals and priorities
