General Competencies

• Minimum 3–6 years of professional experience
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and automation mindset
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Good command of English

Technical Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure
• Intermediate knowledge of Prometheus & Grafana
• Proficiency in using and configuring OpenSearch
• Advanced knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Bash scripting
• Linux system administration
• Infrastructure management using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience in setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Basic understanding of networking, security, DNS, reverse proxy, and load balancing
• Intermediate experience with Nvidia GPU drivers and resource usage
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git)

Nice to Have

• Experience with application and infrastructure on OpenStack platforms
• Knowledge of integration and management of IoT systems
• Experience with AI tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Langfuse, or model serving stacks

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and maintain sustainable CI/CD processes
• Manage Kubernetes and container-based infrastructures
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure observability of applications and systems
• Collaborate closely with software teams to automate release, deployment, and integration processes
• Provide support in virtualization infrastructure and managed services
• Contribute to the implementation of security, access management, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
• Work in accordance with Agile/Scrum methodologies
