Information Technology Support Specialist

 𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗭𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 is a global IT services provider based in ITALY.

We are looking for an Onsite 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bergen, Norway. This is a full-time, onsite role at the EUC (End User Computing) talent level.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain daily IT operations and support end users.

✅ Provide hands-on support for servers, networks, and manufacturing IT equipment.

✅ Assist with hardware break/fix, vendor coordination, and IT asset management.

✅ Deliver VIP support, including AV and conference room assistance.

✅ Support non-PC IT equipment (printers, scanners, phones, etc.).

✅ Provide mobile device support, configuration, and asset management.

Requirements:

🔹 2-5 years of IT support experience (onsite).

🔹 Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, networking, and end-user computing.

🔹 Experience with 𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐂 (Install, Move, Add, Change) services.

🔹 Ability to support special events and after-hours requirements as needed.
