LLM & AI Ops Engineer

Technical Skills

• Fullstack development experience with strong knowledge of Node.js, React, MongoDB, Python, and modern web systems
• Experience building and maintaining AI-driven systems, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI Agents, or AIOps tools
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, MLflow
• Understanding of fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Node-RED or similar low-code platforms
• Solid grasp of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Ability to write clean, testable, and production-ready code
• Experience with observability: logs, metrics, performance monitoring, and scalable system design

Nice to Have

• Contributions to open-source AI/LLM tools or frameworks
• Background in data science or machine learning research
• Experience building SDKs, AI playgrounds, or notebooks for end users
• Enthusiasm for low-code development, AI accessibility, and tech education

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture of the DT AI Stack
• Lead full-stack development using technologies such as React, Node.js, Node-RED, MongoDB, ChromaDB, Ollama, OpenAI API, and other open-source tools in the stack
• Build and enhance agent orchestration systems, including multi-agent collaboration, memory/state management, observability, and secure data workflows
• Design and implement flexible microservice architectures
• Optimize systems for LLM support, including fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and dynamic memory management
• Integrate and manage various LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, local models, and custom fine-tuned models)
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand needs, define specifications, lead demos, and ensure successful solution delivery
• Act as the product owner for the AI Agent Stack: manage positioning, feedback cycles, and go-to-market alignment
• Ensure the platform is extensible, secure, testable, and supports deep integration with systems such as CRM, ERP, and other APIs
• Work closely with leadership to grow the AI Agent Stack into a flagship SaaS AI product
