Business Analyst

Role purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, experience with JIRA and Confluence, and excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing and support the implementation of new systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
