This is a full-time hybrid role for a Second line Technical Support Engineer, The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, onboarding new customers, setting up payment services and utilizing analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
Qualifications; (You don't need all of the below to be good for the job)
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving
- Customer Support and Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of credit card payment services, payment terminals and related technologies
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging systems and related technologies
- Knowledge of computer networks and API's
- Experience of cloud based services and systems
- Time management and prioritization skills
- FLUENT SWEDISH NEEDED
