Senior Sharepoint Developer

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint 2019 administration and development.
• Experience working with Microsoft Blazor technology.
• Support for all SharePoint Portals and custom services. 
• Strong knowledge on Custom Development of webparts using Server side(mainly C#) & Client side technologies
• Knowledge of HTML, HTML 5, CSS, CSS 3, JavaScript, and ASP.NET for custom SharePoint development.
• Ensure that SharePoint applications comply with company policies, standards, and security protocols
• Develop, design, and implement custom SharePoint solutions and webparts, workflows, and applications using Server side & Client side technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT teams to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, including web front-end, application, and database servers.
• Ensure that SharePoint farms are performing optimally by performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and performance problems.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing issues with SharePoint functionalities and custom solutions.
• Provide end-user training on SharePoint functionalities and features to promote user adoption.
• Providing explanation as to the root-causes of issues logged. 
• Perform regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of SharePoint issues.
• Configuring, maintaining, updating and managing all service applications including custom codes services. 
• Creation of a Content DB and maintaining it. It involves maintenance of various logging databases in SQL Server
• Assignment of proper permission levels for all users of the site as well as configuring anonymous access if required. 
• Training and supporting the business users in their day to day involvement in SharePoint sites.
• Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and Mail Configuration. 
• Strong understanding of what can be done using OOB features in SharePoint. 
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and managing customized services in SharePoint Environment. 
• Modify and design SharePoint templates, master pages and workflows. 
• Installing SharePoint patches as per CLIENT requirements and to ensure SharePoint environments are always updated with the latest patches in coordination with CLIENT. 
• Create the SharePoint Services Portfolio as part of the solution path for SharePoint
• Create information architecture plan
• Create training materials
• Regression testing, content mitigation.
• Consult with various teams to review and test content and identify necessary mitigation issues
• Created a separate project where future features could be implemented as part of a redesign and upgrade.
• Analyze, design, develop, and implement solutions using Nintex platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing Nintex workflows
