Could your next role be Junior Web Analyst at Terveystalo?

We are looking for an analytical and solution-oriented junior web analyst to join our Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team for a fixed term starting from 12/2024 until the end of 04/2025 to support the team during a parental leave.

In this role, you will assist internal stakeholders in solving their business problems using data. Your personal preferences will be taken into account when planning your responsibilities.

Based on your skills and ambitions, your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and setting up data collection on apps and websites
• Creating and updating web analytics dashboards
• Analysing customer journeys
• Conducting analyses on product development, marketing campaigns, or user behaviour
• Assisting teams with A/B testing
• Tracking and resolving data bugs
  
  

Our team operates in a hybrid model with members located across Finland. We work in the common office at least once a week, in this role either in Tampere or Helsinki. Monthly we'll collaborate with the whole DAR -team in Helsinki.

What do we expect from you?

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should enjoy working with people and possess some of the following skills, although you will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in the role:

• Interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to create better services for our customers using data
• Higher education studies in either business or technology can help but are not mandatory for the role (e.g. a university degree is beneficial, but not necessarily in a specific field).
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, analytical, and structured way of working
• Basic understanding of how web analytics work, such as experience with Google Analytics or Piwik PRO
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Skills in JavaScript and/or SQL are considered a plus
• Proficiency in Finnish is not required but is a strong asset, as the company language is Finnish
