One of my clients, a company which has surpassed the startup status and currently looking to scale up to 100+ people in the next coming 2 years from currently 50 people, are looking for a Head of Data Science / Machine Learning (m/w/d).

👨‍💻 Your profile:

• 10+ years of prof. experience within the data Science / machine learning industry
• 4+ years of professional experience in management (at least 15+ people, spread within different teams)
• You will be the driving force behind their data and ML strategy
• You will leading talented teams of data scientists and machine learning specialists, guide the development of state-of-the-art models, and work closely with the leadership to turn data into a key business enabler.
• Management to handson-experience: 50:50 (more management focus)
• Proven track record of scaling up (a) busines(ses) from 20+ people to 40 people (e.g.)

💶 Remuneration: 🎉

• Compensation package: 160.000 - 250.000 CHF / year + corporate benefits, e.g. stock options
• Holidays: 5 weeks + Christmas season, roughly 29 days per year
• Free option of Mac or Windows (always with the highest possible RAM for the heavy AI-tasks)
