Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Maintaining and organizing all project documentation, including plans, permits, and compliance records
• Coordination: Assisting in the coordination between civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Scheduling: Managing schedules for site inspections, meetings, and construction activities
• Reporting: Preparing regular reports on project progress, budget status, and any issues that arise
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that all activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Communication: Facilitating communication between different stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies

Skills Required

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and organize large volumes of documentation and schedules
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes
