IT Support Engineer

Noorka Logistics is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing top-notch technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Maintain and update user accounts, email systems, and access controls.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning.
• Document support activities, procedures, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and IT security.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools and enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
