Salary: Up to $220,000 + superannuation

About the Role

As CTO, you will be at the forefront of technology strategy, working closely with a team of skilled architects to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will also play a key role in business development, leveraging your technical knowledge and industry connections to help secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the MSP's IT strategy, aligning with the company's overall business goals and market trends.
• Identify technology opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client value proposition.
• Winning new business: drive strategic growth, secure key partnerships, and expand market impact
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on emerging technologies and potential disruptions.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and technology requirements.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates, potential issues, and upcoming technology advancements.
• Negotiate service contracts and manage renewals.:
• Manage the MSP's IT infrastructure, cloud, network infrastructure, and security systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals across different service areas (network engineers, security analysts, system administrators).

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, Head of IT or IT Director within an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in Azure, Cisco networking, VMware, and M365.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with solution architects and technical teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
• Business development experience, with the ability to engage clients, articulate solutions, and drive new opportunities.
• A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering high-quality IT services.
• Relevant industry certifications are a bonus
