Creative Project Manager

Role : Creative Project Manager

Location: Vienna, Austria

Work Mode – Hybrid (minimum 2 days in office)

Project manager/Account Manager who has managed website projects for pharma.

Job Description:

• Responsible for management of assigned projects from Initiation phase till final delivery and closure
• Coordination among different internal functions to ensure smooth execution
• Responsible for prioritization of projects
• Responsible to work in collaboration with the Design leads in designing and directing innovative and impactful creative concepts
• Attend the scope discussion call with clients to understand their needs and guide the design team with creative solutions that meet the client’s objectives.
• Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to Design.
• Collaborate and provide direction to a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for Client Services, Delivery Management, Project Management and Account Management.
• Responsible to setup calls with clients and align with production team
• Ensure execution of corrective and preventive actions and compliance to defined standards and processes
• Responsible for highlighting risk or any challenges to the project delivery timeline to Project Owners
• Getting Project Approval on Cost & Timeline from Service Account Lead

Desired Skills/Experience/Education:

• Around 10 to 15 years of experience in Project/Account Management capacity with proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful creative projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Adobe XD etc.
• Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills in both German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and creative direction skills.
• Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
• Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
• Ability to create Root Cause Analysis documents and manage escalations.
