Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support the HR Manager in delivering core HR functions under the Bafleh Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, assisting in payroll activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with candidates for documentation and provide timely feedback.

2. Handle Performance management & Probation Confirmation Process

  • Track probation periods and collect performance feedback from department heads.
  • Prepare and issue confirmation or extension letters accordingly.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor and verify employee attendance, approve correction requests, and handle regularizations.
  • Manage weekly offs, leave balances, and compensatory off approvals in coordination with managers.

4. HR Documentation & Recordkeeping

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records on the HR system and shared drives (weekly/monthly).
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, policies, and other employee-related documents.

5. Insurance Management

  • Manage employee life insurance records, including additions, deletions, and updates.
  • Apply for and track business travel insurance requirements.

6. Employee Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with the HR Manager for employee benefits programs such as education allowance, medical claims, etc.
  • Process benefit requests and obtain necessary approvals.

7. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing office gatherings, team-building events, and employee birthday celebrations.
  • Support in driving employee satisfaction and workplace culture initiatives.

8. Communication & Compliance

  • Draft and circulate internal communications, announcements, and HR memos.
  • Support in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

9. Payroll Support

  • Provide administrative support in the monthly payroll process including leave summaries, attendance validation, and document submissions.

10. Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, track participation, and maintain training records.
  • Support skill development and compliance-related training initiatives.

11. Exit Formalities

  • Support the exit process including clearance forms, feedback collection, and final settlement coordination.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share insights with the HR Manager.

12. HR System Management

  • Ensure accuracy and regular updates in HRMS software used for employee data, attendance, and leave management.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
