Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a People Operations Specialist based in Portugal. The People Operations Specialist will play an active role in psychologist selection processes, including CV screening and conducting interviews. They will also assist the country manager with operational processes related to marketing campaigns and translations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, such as CV screening and recruitment procedures.
•  Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Experience in HR or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
