About the role:
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist to enhance IT operations efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will analyze processes based on the ITIL framework, identify improvement opportunities, and work to optimize operational performance.
Position located at: Florya - Yeşilköy Office
Qualifications & Skills
- Good level of MS Office Application.
- Knowledge of ITIL or COBIT procedures and its application functions.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification or proven experience in ITIL processes.
- Experience in data analysis, process modeling, and workflow management.
- Experience with IT Service Management products.
- Technical know-how about IT infrastructure.
- Know-how about IT requirements of an IT support.
- Have an analytical thinking perspective.
- Good communication skill, customer focused and proactive.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical documentation and verbal/written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Creative problem solving.
- Agile learner (continuous learning).
- Can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Ops. Process Review & Development.
- Challengenging IT Process & Standarts with IT Ops Units.
- Develop and manage ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management, etc.).
- Responsible for analyzing, configuration, development, integration.
- Supporting and maintaining of service management & monitoring products.
- Analyzing needs and transforming to technical solution.
- ITIL Complince & Development Responsibilities.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Service Catalog Management Responsibilities.
- Providing procedures and necessary standards for effectiveness of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT processes etc.).
- Conducting the necessary analysis and studies to improve.
- Conducting audit coordination.
- Identifying areas of improvement in IT operations.
- Carrying out continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement activities.
- Communicate and publish weekly/monthly Activity Report.
- Contribute to the Improvement of Quality, Service Indicators and Customer Satisfaction processes.
- Deliver quality and process standardization objectives.
