Here’s what you need to know:

We are looking for an "Employee Relations Associate – Retail" who will work under the Ethical Processes Manager in our Global Human Resources department, within the Retail Human Resources team. As an Employee Relations Associate, you will effectively manage the ethical process in collaboration with the Legal and Compliance department.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• You will support compliance with legal regulations, internal policies and procedures, and ethical principles.
• You will monitor ethical cases assigned to the Retail Human Resources unit, conduct store visits, and prepare reports.
• You will identify areas for improvement in ethical cases and prepare the relevant action plan.
• You will track the completion rates of ethical processes and ethical values training.
• You will present reports and analysis to business units.
