The Marketing and Promotions Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of strategic marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales growth. This role involves creating compelling promotional strategies, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across all channels. The Lead will oversee the planning and management of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special promotions, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives. The goal is to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue through targeted marketing and promotions that resonate with the target audience.
Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals and target consumer segments.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
Promotional Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across various channels, including offline, digital marketing, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling marketing materials and promotional content.
Consumer Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase consumer engagement and brand loyalty, including customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Analyze consumer feedback and market data to refine promotional strategies and improve customer experiences.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to assess ROI and optimize future initiatives.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to track campaign performance and consumer behaviour.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with B2B sales, B2B product/service development team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of promotional efforts.
- Act as a liaison between departments to coordinate marketing activities and promotions.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget for B2B promotions, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Track expenses and report on budget performance related to promotional campaigns.
Position Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, promotions, or campaign planning, with a strong track record of successful promotions in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and promotional techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of promotions and identify areas for improvement.
- Creative thinking and a data-driven approach to designing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and consumer preferences to ensure campaigns remain relevant.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
