What’s the role?

You’ll bring brand strategy to life and lead the tactical execution across face-to-face and digital channels. You’ll work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and external partners to drive performance and engagement across key women’s health brands. Think high autonomy, strong team support, and a role you can truly make your own.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Adapting global strategy into practical, locally relevant brand plans
• Creating promotional content and patient support materials
• Leading major industry conferences and events
• Partnering with KOLs, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Managing A&P budgets and brand performance tracking
• Getting out into the field to validate messaging and gain insights

What makes you a great fit?

• 3+ years in a similar marketing role in pharma
• Experience with specialty products; women’s health highly regarded
• Strong digital know-how and confident campaign execution
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Great communicator and team player who gets things done
• Data-driven, insight-led, and outcome-focused
