As an HR Assistant, you will be a member of the Business Partnership Community of LVMH Beauty. You will be part of the HR Benelux team and support its daily HR related missions. You will report to the HR Business Partner Benelux. In your role, you will interact with the Belgian, Dutch, and Luxembourgish teams of the various LVMH Beauty Houses: Dior, Guerlain, Aqua di Parma, Benefit, Givenchy & Kenzo.

Recruitment:
- Autonomy in recruiting interns for BE and NL: posting job offers, screening CVs, conducting interviews, tracking applications, providing positive and negative responses, debriefing with managers
- Support to the HRBP for employee recruitment
- Responding to spontaneous applications
- Creating contracts, internship agreements, and personnel files
- Assist HR Officer with the preparation of employment contracts & new hire/leaver documentation (notifications & employee forms)
- Develop the school relations strategy based on our recruitment needs
- Create partnerships with specific schools, alumni, and agencies
- Organize and participate in recruitment events (online or on-site, at institutions, student forums, etc) : present LVMH and the Maisons, available positions, meet potential candidates
- Propose new ideas to attract the best talents
- Prepare the monthly newsletter
- Prepare reports for CE/CPPT meetings for HRD
- Update orgcharts every month
- Reference point for trainees in the organization
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as requested by the HR Team : Trainings, Corporate Social Responsibility, People development, internal inquiries within LVMH,…
